You used to be unstoppable.

But lately, it feels like there’s no room to breathe.

You're a seasoned creative.

You've led teams, built brands, created multi-million dollar work.

But lately?

  • You know something needs to change because you feel small in rooms you used to own.

  • You’re squeezed between your team, the C-Suite, your own leadership goals, and life.

  • There’s no space for you to be…you.

  • You're burnt out from corporate politics, isolated, and unsure how to position yourself for what’s next.

And honestly? You're exhausted.

Not just tired. Depleted. Like you've lost the part of yourself that made you great at this in the first place.

I've been exactly where you are. VP at major brands, "successful" on paper, completely burnt out and lost on the inside.

The good news? You haven't actually lost anything.

You just need space to get your oh-so-tired head back in the room.  To remember who you are, what you’re capable of, and show up as the leader you already know you are.

That's what Wiseroom is for.

WHAT YOU’VE SAID

"I feel like I'm stuck in this tiny space between my team and C-Suite"

"I used to command rooms, now I feel undervalued or overlooked"

"I don't speak up anymore - I've lost my voice"

"I feel like there's no space for me to even figure it out"

"I'm burnt out from corporate politics and am tired of making myself smaller"

"I don't even know who the fuck I am anymore"

"I'm so busy caring about everyone else. Who cares about me?"

WHAT YOU’VE TRIED

WHAT YOU’VE TRIED

  • Generic executive coaching that doesn't understand creative industries

  • Venting with friends & colleagues (fun, but doesn’t move the needle).

  • Leadership training that strips away creative authenticity with a “one-size fits all” approach

  • Therapy that focuses on past rather than strategic presence development

  • Time management and productivity hacks that don't address core confidence issues

Let's Chat

This isn't therapy.

It's not a personal brand workshop.

And it's definitely not another "empowerment" webinar.

This is a space for smart, seasoned creative professionals to get strategically positioned for what's next, whether that's:

  • Owning the room without losing your cool.  Or your soul.

  • Using your voice when the stakes are sky high.

  • Building creative credibility without selling out.

  • Leading authentically in a way that actually feels like you (not who you “should” be).

  • Walking into your next chapter without the mental static.

Who I Am

I'm Jen, former Senior Director at Levi's and VP at Ariat.

I've spent 20+ years leading creative teams at global brands, and I've seen firsthand how easy it is to lose yourself in corporate environments.

I know what it's like to feel overlooked in rooms where your creative perspective should be front and center. To have brilliant ideas but struggle to get them heard. To feel like you're playing smaller than your capabilities.  To feel exhausted & burned out while putting on a brave face for everyone else.

Now, I work with senior creatives who are ready to stop questioning themselves and start showing up as the bold, confident leaders they actually are.

Ready to own the room?

Let's talk.

Whether you're navigating corporate politics, feeling overlooked despite your track record, or ready to step into a bigger leadership role...

I'll help you cut through the noise and move with clarity, confidence, and momentum.

Because you're too damn good to stay unnoticed and underappreciated.
